Mentors share their knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of industry professionals. It can be a productive experience as each generation has an opportunity to understand the others’ career aspirations and attitudes.
Industry
Our flagship Melbourne based program available for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students from all disciplines. The C&E Mentoring team will match Mentors with a Student Mentee from the same industry and similar profiles.
Women@RMIT
A tailored program specifically for female students entering male dominated industries. Mentors who are committed to gender diversity and equality in the workplace provide guidance to student Mentees who are soon to enter the professional workplace.
Pride
A tailored program for Mentors who identify as LGBTIQ and have experiences additional challenges in the workforce. This program connects a Mentor with a Pride Mentee where they can provide specific professional and social guidance. This program is conducted on a strictly confidential basis with the student details only visible to the mentor.
Express
Suited for Mentors with very limited time and are looking for a quick connection to provide students with specific industry information. The matching process is different with the express program, as students will view the available Mentors on our system, then reach out to arrange a meeting.
Industry - Singapore
Connect with RMIT undergraduate students from Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) to provide guidance and networking opportunities in the Singapore job market.
Industry - Vietnam
